以水浴加热含有Fe(Ⅲ)和氧化的苏木色精溶液(pH 4~6),在450nm处出现最大吸收。研究了氧化的苏木色精溶液的配制及发色的最佳条件。在pH 4.7以80℃水浴加热6min,建立了一种Fe(Ⅲ)的高灵敏度分光光度测定法,其表观摩尔吸光系数在2.8~3.6×10~5l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)范围,在1~20ng Fe/ml遵守比尔定律。试验了外来物质对Fe(Ⅲ)测定的影响。这个方法已用于一次蒸馏水、试剂盐酸和火力发电厂用水中Fe(Ⅲ)的测定。
The Fe (III) and oxidized hematoxylin solution (pH 4 ~ 6) were heated in a water bath and showed maximum absorption at 450 nm. The optimum conditions for the preparation and color development of oxidized hematoxylin solution were studied. A high sensitivity spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of Fe (Ⅲ) with an apparent molar absorptivity of 2.8 ~ 3.6 × 10 ~ 5l · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1) range, 1 ~ 20ng Fe / ml comply with Bill’s law. The influence of foreign substances on the determination of Fe (III) was tested. This method has been used for the determination of Fe (III) in distilled water, reagent hydrochloric acid and thermal power plant water.
