随着经济对外开放日益深化,中国的国际经济地位不断上升。上海一直是中国对外开放的前沿,2013年年初,上海市政府与国家商务部、工业和信息化部签署合作协议,共建“全球贸易与投资研究咨询中心”和“世界产业运行研究咨询中心”。据此,上海市政府发展研究中心、上海交通大学和上海WTO事务咨询中心联合成立的“全球经济治理与产业运行”研究中心也于1月9日正式宣告成立。上海市政府参事室主任、上海WTO事务中心总裁王新奎教授,在成立仪式上做了题为《全球经济重构之路》的演讲。
With the deepening of economic opening, China’s international economic status is on the rise. Shanghai has always been the forefront of China’s opening up. At the beginning of 2013, the Shanghai municipal government signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to build a “Global Trade and Investment Research and Consulting Center” and “World Industry Operation Study advisory Center”. Accordingly, the “Center for Global Economic Governance and Industrial Operation” jointly established by Shanghai Municipal Government Development Research Center, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Shanghai WTO Affairs Consulting Center was formally announced on January 9. At the inaugural ceremony, Professor Wang Xinkui, director of Shanghai Municipal Counselor’s Office and Shanghai WTO Affairs Center, delivered a speech entitled “The Road to Global Economic Restructuring.”
