按规定,申请自营出口权的私营生产企业必须具备下列三个条件:1、已经在生产企业所在地工商行政管理机关依法登记注册、领取了营业执照,注册资本和净资产均在850万元人民币以上;2、连续两年销售收入、出口供货额分别在5000万元人民币和100美元(机电产品生产企业年销售收入、出口供货额分别在3000万元人民币和50万美元)以上;3、具有自营进出口业务所必须的专业人员。
