基本情况 1981年8月-1983年11月每年三个月对东乌旗、西苏旗和乌审旗的纯牧区调查,内蒙的纯牧区多在内蒙的边远地带,气候是夏热、秋冬春寒冷,最低温度一般达零下30℃-40℃,风沙大,雨水少,地广人稀交通极不方便,锡盟牧区以游牧为主,伊盟则以定居为主。生活方式随经济水平的提高有所改善,仍较单调。每个公社都有卫生院,设备尚可,妇幼人员少,技术素质差,围产保健工作差。我们共调查了三个旗、九个公社,1,906户、占应调查户(2,016户)的94.54
