工作压力对职业幸福感具有双重作用,既可激发工作激情、提高工作效率、增强职业幸福感,也可使人丧失信心、产生消极情绪、降低职业幸福感。因此,笔者将工作压力分为良性压力和负性压力,以311名高校科研人员为调研对象进行了实证研究,探索工作压力影响职业幸福感的过程中自我效能感发挥了怎样的作用。结果表明:良性压力和负性压力均对职业幸福感产生显著影响,且在良性压力影响自我效能感的过程中,自我效能感发挥部分中介作用。
Job stress has a dual effect on professional well-being, which can stimulate work enthusiasm, improve work efficiency and enhance professional well-being. It can also make people lose confidence, produce negative emotions, and reduce professional well-being. Therefore, the author divides work pressure into positive pressure and negative pressure, and conducts an empirical research with 311 college researchers as research objects, and explores how self-efficacy plays a role in the process of work stress affecting the happiness of work. The results showed that both benign pressure and negative pressure had a significant effect on occupational well-being, and self-efficacy played a partial mediating role in the process of benign stress affecting self-efficacy.
