与外商开展合资合作以提高自身的竞争力 设立合资合作企业,利用外资,对于提高中小企业的国际竞争力是有益的。这是中小企业参与国际竞争的重要战略,也是提高中小企业竞争力的重要战略。 首先,利用外资,开展合资合作,有利于改善投资质量。根据我国1995年第三次工业普查资料,全国工业每元资产所能产出的工业总产值为0.69元,国有企业为0.54元,外商投资企业则为0.80元。在一些外商投资比较密集的行业,外商投资企业的投入产出指标的优势更加明显。
