目的评价某企业溴乙烷生产项目职业病危害控制效果。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、检测检验法进行综合评价。结果该项目涉及的主要职业病危害因素检测结果:溴时间加权平均浓度(C-TWA)0.06~0.18 mg/m3,硫酸C-TWA0.07~0.64 mg/m3,碳酸钠C-TWA 0.35~0.42 mg/m3,硫磺尘C-TWA 0.23~0.40 mg/m3,煤尘C-TWA 0.40~0.48mg/m3,噪声70~76 dB(A),均小于职业接触限值,各指标合格率均为100%。总体布局和设备布局、职业病危害防护设施、建筑物卫生学及辅助用室、应急救援措施、职业卫生管理措施均基本符合要求,但是在事故状态下通风排毒设施、警示标志、个人防护措施、职业卫生知识培训、职业健康监护等方面存在不足。结论该企业溴乙烷生产项目职业病危害控制效果基本达到规定的要求,但存在的问题不容忽视,需加以改进和完善。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards of ethyl bromide in a certain enterprise.
