目的:制备复方雄黄抗癣药膜,观察其抗豚鼠皮肤须癣毛癣菌感染的药效。方法:进行中西药组方,制备复方雄黄抗癣膜剂。将须癣毛癣菌接种到豚鼠皮肤上建立实验癣病动物模型,再在病灶部位贴上复方雄黄抗癣膜剂,观察治疗效果。结果:制备得到淡黄色半透明,柔软,有一定弹性和韧性的复方雄黄抗癣膜剂,与克霉唑乳膏组、酮康唑乳膏组比较,其疗效较优(P<0.01)。结论:复方雄黄抗癣膜剂治疗豚鼠须癣毛癣菌有较高的疗效,为一种较好的治癣剂型,作为抗皮肤浅表真菌感染药物剂型有很好的发展前景,值得探究。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare compound realgar and anti-ringworm drug film and observe its anti-fungus dermatophytes infection effect on guinea pig skin. Methods: Chinese and Western medicine group, preparation of realgar anti-concomitant membrane agent. Trichophyton mentagrophytes were inoculated into the skin of guinea pigs to establish experimental ringworm disease animal models, and then in the lesion site affixed with realgar anti-ringworm film to observe the therapeutic effect. Results: The preparation of yellowish translucent, soft, elastic and toughness of the compound realgar anti-ringworm film, and clotrimazole cream group, ketoconazole cream group, its better curative effect (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The compound realgar analgesic membrane treatment of guinea pigs with Trichophyton mentagrophytes has a higher curative effect, which is a better form of treatment for ringworm. As a superficial mycoplasma fungal infection drug formulations have good prospects for development, it is worth exploring.
