在解剖一具14岁女尸时,发现双右肾动脉等多处变异。1.右肾动脉两支:上位肾动脉在胸腔干起始处稍右侧下方,由主动脉发出,外径约3mm,经下腔静脉的后方,向右下方走行,经肾门入肾。距起点约28mm处发出一条肾副动脉至右肾上段。下位肾动脉起自肠系膜下动脉起始处的腹主动脉右侧壁,跨下腔静脉前方,向右上方走行进入右肾门,外径约4mm。此下位动脉与上位动脉围绕下腔静脉形成一动脉环,在广泛结扎肾血管蒂时,可能引起下腔静脉血流障碍而产生的并发症。
