本文提出一种热双金属片元件表面防锈新工艺。热双金属片元件经此工艺方法处理后,在表面形成一层防锈膜。这层防锈膜可以显著地提高热双金属片元件在湿热、盐雾条件下工作的防锈能力。试验表明,防锈膜具有不影响热双金属片元件热弯曲、导电、耐温、抗冲击、耐磨等特性。另外,在工艺方面,它具有设备简单、容易控制和流程不繁等特点。
In this paper, a novel anti-rust process for hot bimetallic elements is proposed. After the thermal bimetallic element is treated by this process method, a rust-proof film is formed on the surface. This layer of anti-rust film can significantly improve the thermal bimetal components work in the hot and humid, salt spray rust conditions. The test shows that the anti-rust film has the characteristics of not affecting the thermal bending, electrical conductivity, temperature resistance, impact resistance and wear resistance of the thermal bimetallic element. In addition, the process, it has the equipment is simple, easy to control and process is not complicated and so on.
