当我们从政治经济学的立场回顾战后70年的历史时,脑内浮现出的最大谜团应该说是以下两个问题:资本主义能在战后如此长时间的生存,其秘密何在;资本主义不仅在战后延续,而且以两次世界大战、全面危机的时代想象不到的规模与内况得到了扩大和强化。其秘密何在,用稍微专业一点的语言来说,给予战后资本主义“积累的欲望和能力”~①的根本要因是什么。而且,使集中——远比单纯的积累迅速的资本扩大手段——成为可能,一举推进了垄断资本主义成立的原因究竟是什么。回答这些疑问
