中国共产党优秀党员,忠诚的无产阶级革命战士,在国内外享有盛誉的摄影艺术大师,著名的摄影教育家、摄影理论家,中国摄影家协会名誉主席、中国老摄影家协会名誉主席、中国电影摄影师学会名誉主席吴印咸,因病于1994年9月7日晨不幸在京逝世,享年94岁。 吴印咸同志1900年9月生于江苏省沐阳县一个开明知识分子家庭。1922年毕业于上海美术专科学校,长期从事美术教学、照像摄影和电影摄影工作。在上海天一影片公司、上海电通影业公司和明星电影公司就职期间,积极参加了左翼电影运动,配合当时抗日战争,拍摄了《风云儿女》、《都市风光》、《生死同心》、《马路天使》等中国电影史上的经
