我国西部经济欠开发欠发达农村地区应该以安居乐业和谐发展的民生经济模式作为和谐经济发展的主要模式,和谐经济是区域经济结构和区域社会结构的和谐发展。我国乡村三次产业结构合理化才是真正的和谐经济。中国乡村和谐经济建设的路径选择,可以借鉴日本和韩国的和谐经济模式。在我国西部经济社会欠发达地区的农村金融很重要,最好是发展农村直接金融试验区,促进金融下乡,促进现代技术下乡和职业技术教育下乡。此外,中国西部老少边穷等经济欠发达欠开发地区新农村建设与和谐经济的发展需要配套一些优惠政策的支持。
The underdeveloped rural areas in the underdeveloped economy in western China should regard the livelihood economic model of harmonious development of live and work in peace as the main mode of harmonious economic development. The rationalization of the tertiary industry structure in rural areas in our country is the real harmonious economy. It is best to develop rural direct financial pilot areas, promote finance to the countryside, and promote the countryside by modern technology and vocational and technical education. In addition, the construction of a new countryside and the development of a harmonious economy in the under-developed and underdeveloped areas such as the poor and the young in western China need to be supported by some preferential policies.
