近10年来,由于潜在的工业应用价值,纳米晶体材料的摩擦磨损性能开始引起科研工作者的重视。很多实验结果证明,当晶粒尺寸细化到纳米量级时,材料显示出与其粗晶态不同的摩擦磨损性能。纳米结构材料的摩擦磨损性能受众多因素的影响,包括晶粒尺寸、硬度、塑性、弹性、表面层组织与成分等。
In the past 10 years, due to the potential industrial application value, the friction and wear properties of nanocrystalline materials began to attract the attention of researchers. Many experimental results show that when the grain size is refined to the nanometer scale, the material shows different friction and wear properties from its coarse crystalline state. Friction and wear properties of nanostructured materials are affected by many factors, including grain size, hardness, plasticity, elasticity, surface texture and composition.
