一九八四年召开的中日航海学会学术交流会上,双方学会领导人为进一步发展中日俩国之间的航海科学技术,共同商定于一九八六年十一月份在我国联合召开学术交流会,学术交流的主题为“航海技术研究与发展”。为开好这次交流会,欢迎有关专家、学者和工程技术人员围绕会议主题撰写论文。论文的截止日期为今年十二月三十日。作者撰写的论文,请寄广州市广州远洋公司内中国航海学会海船驾驶专业委员会。
