选题依据延迟性肌肉酸痛,简称延迟痛,是在进行不习惯的体力活动或不习惯的运动负荷训练后8-24小时产生的运动性肌肉酸痛,可延续1-2天,甚至更长时间.延迟痛常使初次参加体育锻炼的人不愿再参加体育活动,使运动员身体机能水平下降而影响运动训练.因此,探讨延迟痛的产生机制,寻求缓斛乃至防止延迟痛的方法,对体育运动的普及和提高均有现实意义.关于延迟痛机制的研究,目前仍处于假说阶段,主要有两种学说:损伤说和痉挛说.损伤假说由HOUGH等人提认为延迟痛由肌纤维损伤和结缔组织损伤
