构建和谐的医患关系是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。尽管构成医患关系不和谐的因素很多,但是“看病贵、看病难”问题关系到群众切身利益,是目前百姓反映最强烈,影响医患关系最严重的问题。为了解决好这个问题,廊坊市卫生局坚持多措并举,增加基础设施建设,改善服务态度,控制医疗费用的不合理增长,使“看病贵、看病难”问题得到了有效解决。
Building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship is an important part of building a harmonious society. Although there are many factors contributing to the disharmonious relationship between doctors and patients, the issue of “expensive to see a doctor and difficult to see a doctor” is related to the vital interests of the people. It is the most serious problem that affects people and affects the relationship between doctors and patients. In order to solve this problem, the Langfang Municipal Health Bureau insisted on taking multiple measures to increase infrastructure construction, improve service attitude, and control the unreasonable growth of medical expenses, so that the problem of “expensive to see a doctor and difficult to see a doctor” was solved effectively.
