例1 丛××,女,64岁,住院号34886。强痛定成瘾二年。于1984年10月自服强痛定300片,20分钟后自觉心悸、头昏,周身发热排尿困难。6小时后深昏迷二便失禁,无抽搐,急诊入院。既往无磺胺及其它药物过敏史。查体发现四肢远端伸、屈侧及双臀部出现对称性椭圆形暗红色斑块,境界清楚。足背附近见2个水疱,内有少量渗液。诊断强痛定中毒、药物性皮疹。经抢救入院后8小时意识清楚。以后查体及辅助检查未见异常。皮疹形成水疱,逐渐结痂。痊愈出院。例2 马××,女,63岁,住院号34880。 1984年10月诊断右肺中心型肺癌晚期。因胸痛加剧,给强痛定片180mg/日口服。服药后双下肢屈侧出现4-6块暗红色斑块,继而形成水疱。停药后涂龙胆紫3-4日结痂。例3 李×,男,63岁,住院号586。
