根据整机的要求,用户希望我厂试制一只螺旋线型返波管,并且提出了较高的技术要求,其中寄生调频和信杂比二指标,比现在国内生产的返波管有较大幅度的提高。为了满足这一需要,我们认为主要是要解决管内真空度的提高与维持问题,第一步我们在一般返波管所通用的工艺基础上作了一些改进,如加长去气时间,加重处理规范等。但得到的结果还不太满意。后来我们采用了锆铝消气剂,不仅缩短了工艺时间,而且真空度也有较大的改善。
