I remember a painting industry colleagues said: modern murals have been farther and farther away from the painting. Words, reveal a trace of melancholy. Think carefully, these words seem to have some truth, modern murals are far away from the concept of “painting” we are accustomed to call. But I think this is by no means mournful mourning. Indeed, modern murals are less and less like “painted” but nearer to the environment and more receptive to psychological and sensory functions in new ways. No one ever deny that they have become less “painted” Modern murals. The carrier of modern murals transcends the walls and becomes part of environmental art, no longer a traditional wall-paper mural artist’s production. The concept of mural artists and the pursuit of art no longer directly express themselves, but in the formation of the works through a series of technical means into more design and social. Therefore, the modern murals are diversified artistic connotation of the whole.
