建立了一种测定葡萄籽提取物中原花青素平均聚合度的新方法。该方法首先以甲醇为溶剂,以传统香草醛法测定原花青素的质量,再以乙酸为溶剂,使香草醛只与原花青素末端黄烷-3-醇反应来测定原花青素物质的量,然后通过对比获得原花青素的平均聚合度。优化后测定原花青素样品物质的量的线性浓度范围为0.028~0.345μmol/mL,检测限为2.97×10-4μmol/mL,加标回收率为95.2%~99.6%,精密度(RSD)为0.78%~0.98%。通过该法测定的样品平均聚合度与实际值接近,具有简单、快速、准确、灵敏等优点。
A new method for the determination of the average degree of polymerization of proanthocyanidins in grape seed extract was established.
