1. 铁路桥涵标准荷载①根据机车车辆轴重现状及发展趋向制定各类桥涵活载标准(包括旧线改建): ②制定活载图式。 2. 桥梁限界调查机车车辆的发展及电化和特种貨物装載对限界的要求、养护维修需要、旧桥限界状况来研究制定出新的桥梁限界标准。 3. 桥下净空①通航、非通航、筏运、流冰流木等河流的桥下净空(包括通航、筏运水位); ②立交桥的净空; ③制定旧桥改建的桥下净空的规定。 4. 洪水频率标准
