糖番是一类兼具环番和天然环糊精性质的化合物。本文就糖番的定义、结构、发现和命名等作一基本介绍,并综述了糖番合成的发展、不同的合成路线、合成策略和合成条件,揭示了糖番这类手性的、水溶性的、具有疏水性空腔结构特点的化合物可能在生物、医药、化工等领域具有潜在的应用价值。根据它的手性识别和糖-糖相互作用的能力,预测了这类化合物于主客体化学、寡糖的识别、催化剂设计等方面的应用。最后,根据糖番的结构特点,指出对于其糖基和芳香烃部分的结构改造,可能是未来糖番合成的发展方向,以期对以后糖番的合成提供启示和借鉴。
Sugar Fan is a class of both ring and natural cyclodextrin compounds. In this paper, the definition, structure, discovery and nomenclature of candied fruit are introduced briefly. The development of candied starch synthesis, different synthesis routes, synthesis strategies and synthesis conditions are summarized. The chiral, water-soluble The compounds with hydrophobic cavity structure may have potential applications in biology, medicine and chemical engineering. Based on its ability of chiral recognition and sugar-sugar interaction, the applications of these compounds in host-guest chemistry, oligosaccharide recognition and catalyst design were predicted. In the end, according to the structural characteristics of sugarfan, it is pointed out that the structural transformation of sugar and aromatics may be the future direction of sugar synthesis in order to provide inspiration and reference for the future synthesis of sugarfan.
