新上岗的机要人员要严于自律

随着大批具有较高文化层次的青年加入机要队伍,促进了机要部门的年轻化、知识化,是机要部门的新鲜血液和事业的未来。如何使新机要人员在适应时代特点的同时,继承和发扬机要工作的光荣传统,不但是各级机要部门领导需要关注的全局性问题,也是新机要人员自身迫切需要解决的现实问题。笔者认为,新上岗的机要人员要加强以下三种意识:一、加强自立意识。即具有较强的独立工作能力和独立思考能力。在工作中,除了完成领导交办的任务, As a large number of young people with higher cultural levels join the contingent, promoting the rejuvenation and knowledgeability of the confidential sector is the future of the fresh blood and the cause of the confidential sector.
