现今社会,因特网早已成为人们之间进行交流、获取信息以及从事商品买卖、提供服务等活动的重要途径和“空间”。互联网在为人们生活带来极大便利的同时,也为企业带来了巨额的利润。随着互联网猛烈冲击着我们生活的方方面面,与之俱来的是形形色色的极具特色的网络纠纷。基于网络行为的特性,纠纷的双方往往相隔千里,甚至跨越了国界,因此,网络纠纷也突破了传统的地域概念,对世界各国现有的司法管辖权制度形成了极大的挑战。
In today’s society, the Internet has long been an important way and space for people to exchange information, acquire information, engage in sales of goods, and provide services. Internet brings great convenience to people’s life, but also brings huge profits for the enterprise. With the Internet violent impact on all aspects of our lives, all with all kinds of very unique network disputes. Due to the nature of network behavior, the parties to a dispute are often separated by thousands of miles or even across national boundaries. Therefore, the network dispute also breaks through the traditional geographical concept and poses a great challenge to the existing jurisdictional system in various countries in the world.
