安全生产是企业提高经济效益的重要保障。防止伤亡事故的发生,保障劳动者在生产过程中的安全和健康,既是企业生产发展的需要,也是企业经济发展的需要。由于班组是一切工作的出发点和落脚点,所以,安全工作不仅靠某个领导,也不是全靠规章制度,而是靠全体员工共同参与,特别是需要班组的力量来实现。人是生产过程中最活跃的要素,是安全生产的实践者,安全管理的根本目的是为了人的安全。
Safe production is an important guarantee for enterprises to enhance economic efficiency. Preventing the occurrence of casualty accidents and ensuring the safety and health of laborers in the production process are not only the needs of the enterprise’s production but also the needs of the economic development of the enterprise. As the team is the starting point and the foothold of all work, the safety work depends not only on one leadership, but not on the rules and regulations, but on the joint participation of all staff, especially the strength of the team.
