近年来,随着市场经济的发展,中、小型餐饮业越来越多,由水质污染造成的介水传染病时有发生。根据《中华人民共和国食品卫生法》第八条、第九款规定:“用水必须符合国家规定的城市生活饮用水卫生标准”。我们于2000年7月~8月份对辖区内的中、小型餐饮业户在经营过程中所用的水质进行了调查监测,现将调查结果报告如下: 1 材料与方法 1.1 检测材料:消毒无菌瓶、塑料桶、酒精灯、镊子、酒精棉球、火柴。
In recent years, with the development of the market economy, more and more small and medium-sized catering industries have emerged and water-borne infectious diseases caused by water pollution have occurred from time to time.
