参谋队伍是我军干部队伍中一支特别重要的力量,在军队建设和作战筹划、作战指挥中具有特殊地位,发挥着重要作用。如何科学选拔优秀的参谋人才是影响部队战斗力的重要环节。本文运用粗糙集理论确定各指标的权重,利用密切值法进行参谋业务能力排序,为选拔配备各级参谋岗位人员提供科学的依据。
Staffs are a particularly important force in the ranks of our army cadres. They play a special role in army building, operational planning and operational command and play an important role. How to scientifically select excellent staff officers and staffs is an important link that affects the combat effectiveness of the troops. In this paper, we use the rough set theory to determine the weight of each index, using the close value method to rank the staff’s business ability, and provide the scientific basis for the selection and deployment of personnel at all levels of staff positions.
