对86例脑梗塞患者的脑诱发电位和经颅多普勒(TCD)进行分析,并与CT/MRI检查作对照,体感诱发电位(SomatosensoryEvokedPotential,SEP)异常率82.6%,脑干听觉诱发电位(BrainstemAuditoryEvokedPotential,BAEP)异常率74.4%经颅多普勒(TranscranialDoppler,TCD)为90.7%。脑梗塞位于大脑半球单侧者,患侧SEP异常率高于健侧,且异常程度亦重于健侧。而BAEP无此特点。TCD改变主要见于ACA、MCA及椎-基底动脉系统。脑梗塞病变部位及CT所示病灶大小与SEP异常相关,而与BAEP和TCD则无明显关系。
The brain evoked potentials and transcranial Doppler (TCD) in 86 patients with cerebral infarction were analyzed. Compared with CT / MRI, the abnormal rate of somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) was 82.6%, the brainstem auditory evoked The abnormal rate of Brainstem Inductive Potential (BAEP) was 74.4% and the transcranial doppler (TCD) was 90.7%. Cerebral infarction is located in the unilateral cerebral hemisphere, the affected side SEP abnormal rate higher than the healthy side, and the degree of abnormality is also heavier than the healthy side. BAEP does not have this feature. TCD changes mainly seen in ACA, MCA and vertebrobasilar system. The size of lesion in CT and infarction and the size of CT showed no correlation with BAEP and TCD.
