采用动物在体皮肤 ,观察腐敏霜对烫伤性皮肤的治疗作用 ,以期为临床治疗烫伤提供理论上的依据。试验证明腐敏霜对豚鼠烫伤皮肤有显著的治疗作用 ,其作用优于磺胺嘧啶银乳膏 ;对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用 ;能够显著提高豚鼠的组织胺致痒阈 ,能促进豚鼠擦伤性皮肤的愈合
