为提高径流预测精度,减轻径流预测工作强度,基于Windows服务和优化技术,采用面向对象编程语言C#及ASP.NET开发工具,开发了扩展性好、移植性强的自动化、智能化径流预测系统。文中叙述了该系统的开发目标、结构功能及特点、采用的关键技术。该系统已应用于多个流域水电站,实际运行情况表明,系统运行稳定,效果良好。
In order to improve the accuracy of runoff prediction and reduce the workload of runoff prediction, an automatic and intelligent runoff prediction system with good extensibility and portability was developed based on Windows service and optimization technology. The object-oriented programming language C # and ASP.NET development tools were used. The article describes the system’s development goals, structure and function, and the key technologies used. The system has been applied to a number of river basin hydropower stations, the actual operation shows that the system is stable and works well.
