患者韦××,25岁,已婚,农民,住院号285。因孕4月,腹部迅速增大月余于1983年1月25日入院。患者末次月经1982年9月28日,于停经3月始腹部迅速增大似足月妊娠,伴上腹部持续性胀痛,由外院以腹水原因不明转入我院。既往体健,月经14岁初潮,27～28天1次,持续2～3天。孕1产0,家族史无特殊。检查:皮肤巩膜无黄染,浅表淋巴结无肿大,心肺未发现异常,腹围 98cm,肝脾触诊不满意,移动性浊音
