作者选择75名健康绝经后妇女,年龄在45～54岁之间,绝经时间从6个月至3年不等,随机分为以下3组:甲组:戊酸雌二醇(E_2V)2mg/日+醋酸赛普隆(CPA)1mg/日,按双盲法连续服用。乙组:E_2V 2mg/日连续服用,左旋18甲基炔诺酮(LNG)75μg/日于第17～28天序贯服用(单盲法)。丙组:安慰剂连续服用。总疗程为2年。三组年龄、绝经后年限、身高、血雌二醇基值皆相当。服药前及服药时每3个月于周期第23～28天检查1次。指标有:①桡尺骨远端及超远端骨骼无机
