建设学习型政党是党的十七届四中全会提出的重大战略任务,同时强调要把党的各级党组织建设成为学习型党组织。本文论述了建设学习型党组织的重要意义,并立足于基层党组织建设,着重探讨了将基层党组织建设成为学习型党组织的实现路径。
Building a learning party is a major strategic task proposed by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Party, and at the same time it emphasizes the need to build the party organizations at all levels into learning party organizations. This article discusses the importance of constructing learning party organizations and bases on the building of grass-roots party organizations. It focuses on the realization path of building the grass-roots party organizations into learning party organizations.
