目的 :观测高原红细胞增多症血液流变学的变化 ,探讨与眼底改变的关系 ;结果 :显示 2 4例高原红细胞增多症组中血液流变学 9项指标与相同年龄的 2 0例高原健康组比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )的项目有 :全血低切粘度、全血高切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血红蛋白、红细胞总数。红细胞沉降率、血沉方程K值、纤维蛋白原降低。其中红细胞沉降率有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,血沉方程K值、纤维蛋白原差异无显著性(P >0 .0 5 )。眼底改变的发生率随年龄、病程及血液流变学异常变化而增加 ;结论 :高原红细胞增多症血液流变学变化与眼底改变有着密切的关系
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of hemorrheology in high altitude polycythemia and to explore the relationship with fundus changes. Results: Nine indexes of hemorheology in 24 cases of high altitude polycythemia group and 20 cases of plateau healthy group of the same age Among the items that had very significant difference (P <0.01), they were: low-cut whole blood viscosity, whole-blood high-cut viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, hemoglobin and total number of red blood cells. Erythrocyte sedimentation rate, erythrocyte sedimentation rate K value, fibrinogen decreased. The erythrocyte sedimentation rate was extremely significant difference (P <0.01), ESR K value, fibrinogen difference was not significant (P> 0.05). The incidence of fundus changes with age, disease duration and abnormal changes of hemorheology increased; Conclusion: Hemolytic disease of high altitude polycythemia and changes in the fundus has a close relationship
