上海吴泾热电厂4#卸船机是一台使用30多年的报废设备,原为自行小车式,现改造成四卷筒牵引式后恢复使用。自1993年3月4日投入试验运行50天,计73台班,约200h。使用表明性能达到改造设计要求,生产率由原150～180t/h提高到240～280t/h,牵引小车不再啃轨,钢轨磨损也得到解决,机电故障大大减少,钢绳寿命达到与自行小车式钢绳相当(约二个月);采用先进的PLC半自动和手动控制,操作方便、轻松。4月26日经上海电力局主持验收后已正式投入使用。
