高压直流输电晶闸管阀关断产生的电压应力是其电气特性研究的重要内容之一。对关断电压应力分析的原有电路模型作了改进,拓展了模型适用范围,推导出晶闸管阀关断电压应力分析的拉普拉斯解析方程,并对晶闸管阀换相关断的电压应力作了较为全面深入的分析,得到各种运行条件和各类电路参数变化时关断电压应力的变化情况,总结出了其中的关键因素。从计算和仿真结果来看,分析方法是可行的,并具有较高的精确度。
The voltage stress generated by the turn-off of HVDC thyristor valve is one of the important contents of its electrical characteristics.
