According to the NEMA standard, a SPECT was subjected to inherent homogeneity, rotation center correction, four-quadrant lead grid model, Jaszczak system model and Hoffman brain 3D model test. The analysis of quality control data from 2003 to 2010 showed that there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the inherent integral uniformity of the effective field of view (UFOV) and the rotation center, and the inherent integral uniformity of the central field of view (CFOV) p <0.05). It indicates that the performance parameters of the instrument gradually deteriorate with the extension of years, and the parameters can be maintained within the standard range through quality control to ensure the image quality and the coincidence rate of diagnosis.
