炼铜阳极炉是周期性作业的精炼反射炉,全国约有30台,燃料多为重油。1981年阳极炉燃料单耗:白银冶炼厂(液态矿铜80%)为98.47kg标煤/t铜,而日本的日北厂为49.0kg标煤/t铜;阳极炉综合能耗国内最低的云南冶炼厂为92.29kg标煤/t铜,而美国为77.3kg标煤/t铜;可见差距很大。从热平衡看,热能的一半以上被烟气带走,加上炉体散热及生产组织不合理等原因导致
Copper smelting anode furnace is a cyclical operation of the refining furnace, there are about 30 units, mostly fuel heavy oil.
