为研究低磷胁迫下施用乙烯(50!mol.L-1)对大豆(中黄22)幼苗的影响,将培育至幼苗期的大豆分别置于高磷、高磷+乙烯、低磷、低磷+乙烯4组营养液中。利用水培法培养大豆15 d后,对大豆的光合速率、蒸腾速率、乙烯释放量、磷含量、根系活力等生理生化指标进行测定。结果表明:对低磷胁迫下的大豆植株施加乙烯后,植株根系乙烯释放量大幅增加,植株根中磷含量相对升高,同时大豆根系活力升高,根体积增加,说明乙烯具有促进大豆根系对磷的吸收的作用;但是乙烯的加入降低了硝酸还原酶活性、光合速率和蒸腾速率,因而最终导致大豆植株生物量的降低。
In order to study the effect of ethylene (50! Mol.L-1) on soybean (Zhonghuang 22) seedlings under low-phosphorus stress, the soybean cultivated to the seedling stage were placed in high phosphorus, high phosphorus + ethylene, Phosphorus + ethylene 4 groups of nutrient solution. After 15 days’ culture, the physiological and biochemical indexes such as photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, ethylene emission, phosphorus content and root vigor of soybean were determined. The results showed that the release of ethylene from plant roots increased significantly after ethylene was added to low-P stressing plants, while the content of phosphorus in plant roots was increased. Meanwhile, the root activity of soybean increased and the root volume increased. Phosphorus uptake; however, the addition of ethylene reduced nitrate reductase activity, photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate, ultimately resulting in a decrease in biomass of soybean plants.
