目的:研究降糖丸对高血糖小鼠和正常动物的降血糖作用及其对血清胰岛素的影响。方法:通过静脉注射四氧嘧啶建立高血糖小鼠模型,将降糖丸制成浸膏给予受试动物灌胃(ig):用酶法测定血糖,竞争放射免疫分析法测定血清胰岛素;数据经t检验统计处理。结果:降糖丸浸膏ig14d可使四氧嘧啶高血糖小鼠血糖明显降低(p<0.05,p<0.01),同时使相应的血清胰岛素显著升高(p<0.01),而同样剂量对正常小鼠无降糖作用:降糖丸浸膏ig90d可使正常大鼠血糖显著降低(p<0.01,p<0.001)用8.4g生药/kg,剂量ig14d对高血糖小鼠与正常小鼠的糖耐量均有影响,明显增强由葡萄糖刺激引起的胰岛分泌功能。结论:口服降糖丸对实验性高血糖小鼠有降糖作用,并能促进其血清胰岛素的分泌;但长期服用可略降低正常大鼠血糖。
Objective: To study the hypoglycemic effect of Jiangtang Pill on hyperglycemic mice and normal animals and its effect on serum insulin. METHODS: A hyperglycemic mouse model was established by intravenous injection of alloxan, and the animals were given gavage pills (ig) by gavage: glucose was measured enzymatically, and serum insulin was measured by competition radioimmunoassay. t test statistical processing. RESULTS: The ig14d of Jiangtang Pills significantly reduced blood glucose levels in alloxan-induced hyperglycemic mice (p<0.05, p<0.01). At the same time, the corresponding serum insulin levels increased significantly (p<0.01), while the same doses were normal. The mice had no hypoglycemic effect: Jiangtang pill extract ig90d significantly reduced blood glucose levels in normal rats (p<0.01, p<0.001). The sugar in 8.4g crude drug/kg and dose ig14d in hyperglycemic and normal mice. Tolerance has an effect, which significantly enhances the islet secretion function caused by glucose stimulation. Conclusion: Oral hypoglycemic pills have hypoglycemic effect on experimental hyperglycemic mice, and can promote the secretion of serum insulin. However, long-term administration can slightly reduce blood glucose in normal rats.
