用阳极氧化法制备高度有序的TiO_2纳米管阵列(TiO_2-NTAs)、浸渍法后退火的方法制备WO_3量子点修饰TiO_2纳米管阵列(WO_3/TiO_2-NTAs)。用SEM,XRD和XPS对管层的成分和形貌进行了分析和表征;紫外-可见光谱结果表明,生成的WO_3/TiO_2-NTAs的吸收边延长到485 nm可见光范围。光催化降解甲基橙溶液实验结果表明,在90 min内,WO_3/TiO_2-NTAs(99.61%)比纯TiO_2-NTAs(46.91%)具有更好的光催化性能。
WO_3 quantum dot modified TiO_2 nanotube arrays (WO_3 / TiO_2-NTAs) were prepared by anodic oxidation of highly ordered TiO_2 nanotube arrays (TiO_2-NTAs) and annealing after impregnation. The composition and morphology of the tube were analyzed and characterized by SEM, XRD and XPS. The results of UV-visible spectroscopy showed that the absorption edge of WO_3 / TiO_2-NTAs was extended to 485 nm in the visible range. The photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange solution showed that WO_3 / TiO_2-NTAs (99.61%) had better photocatalytic activity than pure TiO_2-NTAs (46.91%) in 90 min.
