采用磁微粒子化学发光技术定量测定AMI患者、正常人血清心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI),并与CK-MB活性比较。结果:AMI患者cTnI发病后4.1±2.3h开始上升,12.1±4.3h达峰值(水平为11.99±7.7μg/L),持续10天后逐渐恢复至正常水平(0.015±0.012μg/L)均小于阳性判断值(0.1μg/L)。说明cTnI灵敏度及特异性明显优于CK-MB活性,是高度灵敏、高度特异的心肌损伤的血清标志物。
Quantitative determination of cTnI in patients with AMI and normal subjects by magnetic microparticle chemiluminescence was performed and compared with that of CK-MB. Results: The incidence of cTnI in AMI patients began to rise at 4.1 ± 2.3h and peaked at 12.1 ± 4.3h (the level was 11.99 ± 7.7μg / L), and gradually recovered to normal levels after 10 days .015 ± 0.012μg / L) were less than the positive judgment (0.1μg / L). These results indicate that the sensitivity and specificity of cTnI are significantly better than that of CK-MB, which is a serum marker of highly sensitive and highly specific myocardial injury.
