我于1984年6月参加了在英国布赖顿召开的“世界质量大会”(World Quality Congress)。当时《人民日报》、《南方日报》及《质量管理》、《广州质量》等刊物都作了报道。《人民日报》的报道是这样的:据新华社英格兰南部布赖顿电:“中国学者关于质量管理的论文,受到了出席最近在这里举行的世界质量大会的来自四十二个国家一千多名代表的热烈欢迎。本届大会共收到论文一百三十二篇。”上海社会科学院七十五岁的邹依仁教授
