论文针对高海拔低温地区水泥稳定碎石基层铺筑后存在的强度增长缓慢、7天强度无法达到设计要求、板体性差等问题,研制了一种具有早强、抗冻、微膨胀和施工简单的低温强力剂CSS(Cement-Stabilized Strong)。通过室内试验,研究了外掺CSS低温强力剂水泥稳定碎石混合料的抗压强度、收缩系数、抗冻系数等路用性能,并在G219线新藏公路新疆段改建整治工程中进行了试验路铺筑。研究结果表明,CSS低温强力剂能够在低温条件下加快水泥稳定碎石混合料的早期强度形成,显著提高7天抗压强度,改善抗裂和抗冻能力,同时不改变施工工艺,适宜于高海拔低温地区水泥稳定碎石基层的修筑。

The results show that CSS low temperature strength agent can accelerate the early strength formation of cement stabilized macadam mixture under low temperature conditions, significantly improve the compressive strength for 7 days and improve the ability of cracking and freezing, without changing the construction technology and suitable for high Construction of Cement Stabilized Macadam Base at Low Altitude.
