简述了几种常见的接触式分段辊检测仪的检测辊的结构,同时介绍了一种新型的分段检测辊的结构、检测原理及其工作特点。通过比较新型分段检测辊与常见分段检测辊的结构特点,得出新型检测辊是一种测量精度较高,安装使用方便的测力元件。
In this paper, the structures of several common contact roller detecting rollers are briefly introduced. At the same time, the structure, testing principle and working characteristics of a new type of roller are introduced. By comparing the structural characteristics of the new segmented detection roller and the common segmented detection roller, it is concluded that the new detection roller is a kind of load cell with high measuring accuracy and convenient installation.
