班级是学校德育工作的主阵地,班主任是德育工作的主力军,担负着全面贯彻党的教育方针、对学生进行素质教育的重任。开展班级德育工作有各种理论和模式,本研究借鉴整合理论,构建班级德育工作“三三”整合的新模式,试图解决班主任工作中存在的浅薄空疏的问题,以增强德育的实效性
The class is the main position of the school’s moral education work. The head teacher is the main force of the moral education work and shoulders the important task of fully implementing the party’s education policy and quality education for students. There are various theories and models for carrying out class moral education work. This study draws on the integration theory to build a new model for the integration of “three threes” in class moral education work. It tries to solve the problems of class leaders in the work of shallowness and sparseness in order to enhance the effectiveness of moral education.
