本文通过研究分析国内外固体火箭发动机壳体材料应用方面的资料发现,用含高硅低合金超高强度钢制造的壳体容易发生低应力爆炸事敌,这主要是由于该钢种先天性的缺陷所致,即该钢种采用低温回火制度,壳体容易产生氢脆;钢中的硫、磷得不到严格控制,焊接时容易产生热裂纹等。而D6AC钢系低硅高温回火钢,正好可以弥补前者之不足.因此将会得到更广泛的应用。
In this paper, through the research and analysis of the application of solid rocket motor housing materials at home and abroad, it is found that the low-stress explosive reactors easily occur in the housings made of high-silicon-low-alloy ultra-high strength steel, which is mainly due to the congenital Defects, that is, the use of low-temperature tempering of the steel system, the shell is prone to hydrogen embrittlement; sulfur steel and steel are not strictly controlled, easy to produce thermal cracking and welding. The D6AC low-silicon steel tempering steel, just to make up for the lack of the former, it will be more widely used.
