人力资源结构分析是人力资源规划的基础。通过对某水利企业人力资源结构中的员工来源、员工籍贯、学校分布地区等因素进行分析,从水利企业人员招聘方面对优化人力资源结构提出建议。
Human resources structure analysis is the basis of human resources planning. Based on the analysis of the factors such as the source of employees, the origin of employees and the distribution area of schools in the human resource structure of a water enterprise, suggestions are put forward to optimize the structure of human resources from the aspects of recruitment of water conservancy enterprises.
