Determination of nickel ores in ores, commonly used in the ammonia solution (3M ammonia - 1M ammonium chloride), vanadium has an impact on the determination of nickel. In order to understand the effect of vanadium on nickel, we studied the relationship between the composition of the bottom of the nitrogen solution and the peak potentials and waveforms of nickel and vanadium. When the concentration of ammonium chloride is decreased, the peak potentials of nickel and vanadium move in the opposite directions. When the ammonia concentration is increased, the peak potentials of nickel and vanadium move toward negative. Increasing the amount of animal glue nickel waveforms widening, the peak potential to move negative. We choose 2.6M ammonia, 0.1M ammonium chloride, 0.005% animal glue and 1% sodium sulfite composition of the bottom liquid in 20 ml
